Step 1.
The parts are masked carefully to prevent areas from being anodized, dyed, or chem-filmed.

Step 2.
The high-capacity containers are prepped for anodizing.

Step 3.
The racks take the first dip in a hardcoat anodizing solution.

Step 4.
Racks are removed...

Step 5.
Time to complete the process varies.

Step 6.
The parts are rinsed before the dye.

Step 7.
After anodizing, the parts are dipped in a specialized rinse.

Step 8.
The racks are dipped into the final black dye.

Step 9.
The parts are lifted from the final dye.

Step 10.
Once again, the parts are rinsed after the final dye, and then sealed.

Step 11.
Masking removed, these parts turned out great with an anodized, black-dyed, semi-masked finish.
