SALT SPRAY TESTING involves the spraying of a salt solution onto the samples being tested inside a temperature-controlled chamber. Florida Anodizing uses a solution that is 5% salt (sodium chloride). Samples are tested in a temperature constant chamber. These tests are performed in accordance with ASTM B-117.
